What is WoW Classic Plus?

WoW Classic Plus is the search term many players still use for World of Warcraft: Forever, Blizzard’s permanent Vanilla-era parallel line announced in September 2026 for a 2026-11-04 launch. It is not Classic Era and not Retail. Bisforge offers free talent calculators by class and a dual-name reservation helper for that line.

On this site, Classic Plus tools live under Forever URLs so each calculator and helper has one clear job per page.

Where can I plan Forever talents and names?

Use the calculator above: pick a class, then click talents to spend points on this page. Each class also has a dedicated Forever page with the same beta trees, share links, suggested loads, and Compare to Classic. For names, the box above checks First + Last format as you type. The full name reservation helper adds a local shortlist of three to five backups and copy tools. Go-live and stress-test notes sit on a separate info page.

When does WoW Forever launch?

World of Warcraft: Forever is scheduled for 2026-11-04. That date is the one Bisforge repeats from official Forever coverage, including Blizzard’s September 2026 announcement Carve a New Path with World of Warcraft: Forever. If the calendar slips, confirm on Blizzard’s channels before you lock a raid night.

Classic Plus is the community search term. Forever is the official product name. Players who typed “Classic Plus talent calculator” or “Classic Plus name reservation” are looking for this same 2026-11-04 line. Bisforge keeps Forever in page titles and URLs so the official name and the search term point at one set of tools.

The announcement frames Forever as a permanent parallel line: a Vanilla-era bubble with new Forever content. It is a different product from Classic Era progression and from modern Retail. Launch week still needs the usual checks — realm list, queues, and any public stress or load test Blizzard posts — because time zones and schedules move even when the target date stays 2026-11-04.

How does the name reservation window work?

Forever uses dual names: a First segment and a Last segment. The checker on this page, and the longer helper at the name reservation URL, only give format advice. They store nothing on a Blizzard account. They do not query whether a name is free.

Community and client-tested guidance commonly cites about 2–12 characters per segment. The same guidance flags a run of repeated characters, such as three identical letters in a row, because it may look odd or fail taste filters. That range is not an official Blizzard guarantee. Say the full “First Last” out loud. If it muddies when you say it fast, try a sharper Last before you commit.

Occupancy is confirmed only inside Blizzard’s official Early Name Reservation window, and that window is first-come, first-served. Bisforge never marks a name reserved or free. Keep three to five First + Last backups on the helper’s local shortlist, then type the one you want in the official client when the window is open. This page does not publish an open time or a close time for that window.

Which talent data does Bisforge use?

Class pages use Forever beta talent trees adapted from talentsforever.com under CC-BY-4.0 (CC BY 4.0). The snapshot date on this build is 2026-10-16. The build hint is 1.60.1.70425. Talent data adapted from talentsforever.com (CC BY 4.0) · snapshot 2026-10-16 · beta may change.

The calculator follows a Forever convention of 51 points at level 60, one point per level from 10. Point gates on the trees follow Classic-style rules: you need five points times the tier in that tree before you spend in the tier. Those gates are not confirmed for Forever yet. Beta trees can change before 2026-11-04, so a shared link stores the snapshot version and the page can note when the link’s version differs from 2026-10-16.

Suggested loads on each class page are labeled community theorycraft for beta 2026-10-16. They are not official BiS. Compare to Classic marks a talent as same, changed, moved, or new against Classic Era. Nine classes each have their own URL:

  • Warrior — Arms, Fury, Protection. Arms, Fury, and Protection talent paths from Forever beta for theorycraft.
  • Paladin — Holy, Protection, Retribution. Holy, Protection, and Retribution paths from Forever beta.
  • Hunter — Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, Survival. Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, and Survival paths from Forever beta.
  • Rogue — Assassination, Combat, Subtlety. Assassination, Combat, and Subtlety paths from Forever beta.
  • Priest — Discipline, Holy, Shadow. Discipline, Holy, and Shadow paths from Forever beta.
  • Shaman — Elemental, Enhancement, Restoration. Elemental, Enhancement, and Restoration paths from Forever beta.
  • Mage — Arcane, Fire, Frost. Arcane, Fire, and Frost paths from Forever beta.
  • Warlock — Affliction, Demonology, Destruction. Affliction, Demonology, and Destruction paths from Forever beta.
  • Druid — Balance, Feral Combat, Restoration. Balance, Feral Combat, and Restoration paths from Forever beta.

How is Classic Plus different from Classic Era and Retail?

Classic Plus, in search, and World of Warcraft: Forever, on the official announcement, name the same permanent parallel line. The September 2026 Blizzard note describes a Vanilla-era bubble that also receives new Forever content. That is the line these talent calculators and the dual-name helper are built for.

Classic Era is a different ruleset: Era progression, not the Forever bubble. A Compare to Classic flag on a talent only records how that Forever beta node sits next to Classic Era (same, changed, moved, or new). It does not turn the Forever calculator into an Era planner, and it does not import Era realm rules.

Retail is the modern World of Warcraft client, with a different talent system than these three-tree Forever beta pages. Bisforge does not offer a Retail talent calculator. If you want Arms, Fury, and Protection on the Forever snapshot, open the Warrior page. If you want the official launch date and product name, use the 2026-11-04 line and the Blizzard article linked above.

What should I prepare before Forever launch?

Start with a dual-name shortlist and a class talent plan. The format box on this page tells you whether First and Last look long, short, or full of repeated characters. The name reservation helper keeps three to five pairs in this browser so you can copy them when Blizzard’s Early Name Reservation window is the place that actually checks occupancy.

Then spend points on the home calculator (or a dedicated class page) and save a share link. Each of the nine classes — Warrior, Paladin, Hunter, Rogue, Priest, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, and Druid — uses Forever beta trees from the 2026-10-16 snapshot, build 1.60.1.70425, plus suggested loads and Compare to Classic. Treat the points as a draft. The banner on the calculator says beta may change.

The go-live notes page lists what to watch next: public stress or load tests announced by Blizzard (time zones vary), the character name reservation window before realms go live, and the realm list plus queue expectations on launch day. Community calendars have pointed at a late-October public test and an early-November Forever launch, with a name-reservation window shortly before go-live. Those notes move. Confirm them against official Blizzard posts, including the 2026-11-04 target in the announcement, before you rearrange work or raid nights.

You do not need a Bisforge account. The calculators and the name helper are free on the page. Interactive checks need JavaScript; the dates, class list, and source lines stay in the HTML. Bisforge is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
